St John's Anglican College needed a Microsoft Teams Room that staff could walk into, press Join, and use without calling IT. That was the brief behind this project at the College's Forest Lake campus.

The Big Picture Group delivered a room built around a 105" ultrawide ViewSonic display and Shure IntelliMix Room Kit 70, designed for simple meetings, clear full-room audio, and reliable day-to-day use within a Microsoft environment.

For school IT teams, the real test of a room like this is not the spec sheet. It is whether the space works first go, is easy for staff to use, and does not create another stream of avoidable support tickets.

That was the focus here. The room needed to feel simple from the user side while still giving the IT team clean deployment, remote visibility, and a setup they could support without unnecessary friction.

Staff can walk in, press Join, and get on with the meeting. Remote management is available through Teams Admin Centre and Teams Rooms Pro. Dual ceiling arrays provide even audio pickup across the room.
