December 20th, 2025. Go-karts, mini golf, rooftop drinks, and a team dinner with views that matched the year we'd just had.

This wasn't just another Christmas party. It was a chance to step away from cable runs and rack builds, to spend real time with the people who make The Big Picture Group what it is.

The Afternoon: Competition Mode Activated

We kicked off at GameOver in Oxley with go-kart racing and mini golf.

The track was live at 3pm, and let's just say the competitive spirit that drives our project work translated perfectly to the racetrack. Congratulations to Graeme for taking the checkered flag and proving that precision matters—whether you're running cable or navigating hairpin turns at speed. The win sparked exactly the kind of friendly competition and celebration that makes this team special.

The Evening: Views, Vibes, and Victories

Later that evening, we headed to Iris Rooftop for drinks overlooking Brisbane. The perfect setting to unwind, connect, and reflect on the year.

Dinner brought the team together (partners included), stories flowing, and the kind of conversations that don't happen in the middle of a busy week.

One Team, Two Celebrations

While the Australian team was celebrating in Brisbane, our remote team in the Philippines was having their own Christmas celebration—because great teams know how to celebrate together, even when they're continents apart.

The work we deliver wouldn't be possible without the entire TBP family. From project coordination to documentation, from support to execution—every role matters, every person contributes.
